FLEAP FLAPP is a global social platform for sharing videos, going live, and building meaningful connections. It's designed for expression, discovery, and community—across languages and borders.

  1. Go to the FLEAP FLAPP homepage
  2. Click "Sign up" in the top right corner
  3. Choose to register with your email, phone number, or social account
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your profile
  5. Verify your email or phone number when prompted
  6. Once completed, you'll have full access to all features
  1. Navigate to the FLEAP FLAPP homepage or open the app
  2. Click "Log In" in the top right corner
  3. Enter your registered email or phone number and password
  4. Click "Log In"
  5. If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot password" to reset it
  1. Open the Password Reset page
  2. Enter the email linked to your account
  3. Check your inbox for the reset link
  4. Click the link and set a new password
  5. Log in with your updated credentials

If the email doesn't arrive within 15 minutes, check spam/junk or contact support.

Update details anytime in Account Settings:

  • Account Information: name, username, bio
  • Security: password change, two-factor authentication
  • Preferences: language, notifications
  • Payment Methods: add/remove payment options
  • Privacy: control who can see your profile and activity

  2. Click "Edit Profile"
  3. Update picture, display name, bio, or links
  4. Click "Save Changes"
  5. Note: username changes may be limited to once every 30 days
  • Profile Header: picture, name, and basic info
  • Bio Section: tell others about yourself or your business
  • Activity Feed: your recent posts and interactions
  • Shop Section: products if you're a seller
  • Stats: followers and engagement metrics
  • Share Button: quickly share your profile

FLEAP FLAPP currently supports English, French, Spanish, and Creole. You can change your language anytime in Account Settings. More languages are planned.

How to access

  1. Open the app or website
  2. Click the FLEAP FLAPP logo at the top
  3. The Marketplace opens in a new browser window

Tip: Use a desktop/laptop for the best experience. You can also open it in your mobile browser.

What you can do

  • Shop: browse Electronics, Home & Living, Gaming & Entertainment, Fashion & Accessories, and Handmade/Artisan goods
  • Sell: register a storefront, upload items, set prices, manage orders, and get paid securely
  • Collaborate as a Creator: promote products and partner with brands
  • Become a Partner: organizations can integrate and gain visibility

Languages

The Marketplace supports English, French, and Creole. Use the Select Language dropdown at the top of the site.

  1. Already in use: confirm the contact isn't tied to another account
  2. Verification problems: check spam/junk or confirm the number
  3. Change contact info: update in Account Settings → Contact Information
  4. Not receiving messages: whitelist @fleapflapp.com and review phone spam filters
